Below is a comparison of our Two Star Agreement with our Three Star Agreement. For a small additional yearly charge the benefits of the Three Star Agreement can be yours for the coming year. The items listed with yes means that agreement covers that type of item.

Neither agreement will cover the following:
- Replace condenser coil
- Replace evaporator coil
- Replace compressor
- Replace heat exchanger
- Replace/repair ductwork
In short terms, the Three Star Agreement covers everything but the 5 items listed at the end. The Two Star Agreement offers a 15% discount on all repairs that may need to be performed. The cost comparison is as follows:
