We have three different Service Agreements available to meet your needs:

Tune-Ups

Tune Up includes: standard filter, clean condenser coil and freon plus normal tune up items.

Schedule Tune-Up Service

Two Star Agreements:

The Two Star Agreement includes 2 tune ups per year - One in the Spring and one in the Fall. The tune up includes:

• During the Spring refrigerant is included till June 1st on all tune ups. We also clean the condenser coil every spring which helps to maximize the efficiency and capacity of the system.
• Standard throw away filters are included - Specialty filters such as Space Gard, Air Bear, etc. are an additional charge.
• Any repairs necessary that are not covered by the agreement will be billed at our normal rate less a 15% discount on parts and labor.
• Replacement Space Gard Filters/Air Bear/EZ Flex - $47.00
  Pleated 1" filters - $ 7.00

Three Star Agreements:

Same features as above except all repairs necessary during the year are covered. This would include the following:

• Freon Leaks
• Circuit Boards
• Motors - Condenser and Evaporator
• Relays, contactors, transformers, etc.

Everything is covered except 5 items:

• Compressor
• Heat exchanger
• Condenser Coil
• Evaporator Coil
• Sheet Metal Items/Ductwork
