Stiles Heating & Cooling offers complete building design to meet your HVAC commercial application needs. Our design process includes proper load sizing, duct sizing, airflow calculations and ventilation needs.

Load Sizing:

Proper HVAC sizing is also an essential step in the efficient operation of HVAC systems. A right-sized system will operate for long periods of time (rather than frequently cycling on and off), resulting in the optimum equipment operating efficiency. Sizing will also reduce short-cycling of equipment, resulting in longer equipment life and better control over indoor environmental conditions.

Duct Sizing:

A duct sizing calculation takes the size of the HVAC equipment, the corresponding air handler, the air requirements for the rooms and the type of ducts being installed (hard pipe or flex duct) into account.

Duct Materials:

Commercially we provide the full range of sheet metal ductwork that we primarily produce from our own sheet metal shop. We can also produce welded duct for all your needs, including kitchen hood installations, specialized exhaust duct, etc.
